lol PF are nothing to do with me bar when they deliver my stationery at work.
however given how much business DHL get through reselling im surprised they dont look at it
  • I suspect it might be do with their paypal deal where you can buy it through them for £11.99 and £13.99.

With DHL putting their reseller rates up there is certainly a gap, FedEx are trying to but their u.k tracking is awful, nothing shows up for days!!! But they took over ANC which were in poor shape and I think they're still trying to make it ship shape. UPS are also rumoured to interested in the resellers market.

Was reading about RM 1-3 day small parcel service (or something) for about £4.50. Do you know anything about it? and what volume do you need...guessing in the 000's

So we used Direct Parcel Distribution and their FedEx to America service today. Faultless service from them and FedEx.

Still can't get over the price, £25 to send 8.5kg to California (something like 5000 miles), no getting round it, it's absolutely superb!!

...and we'll probably be using it every day as we have listed on ebay.com now!

In other news, PPW are in administration.

going to look into them, thanks biggrin.gif

    this is RM tracked

its a service that i think most ebay sellers would like
a bit like special delivery without the next day delivery
though it should be noted they dont travel as securely as SD items
minimum is 5000 items a year
also allows you to put official safe places on the address label and local collect 2
this is where after attempted delivery the item is sent directly to a customer designated post office

Used DPD 8 times in the last week and they been great. There was a slight error on one with the wrong number but that was DHL's fault.

Also booked a parcel at 11.15am and they picked it up that day at 2pm great service.
