well my courier gets better and better, we are now receiving emails from dhl with the progress of every parcel we have sent to let us know were it is and how signs for it..... excellent, we received loads of completed orders the other day, but i got an email explaining that new servers and that was installed, so 100% better service....
brill, and now they have lowered they price on they ebay listing, its says for a 5 day trial, so it could be just to see how much interest they get.

To break the mold, allow me to announce a stellar, clanging experience of 5-star service.
The couriers used by this intermediary are Parcel Force, I have labels stating that a pickup was to take place on Wed 08 Oct '08. Would you belive it? A no show. Yeah, it happens.
Apparently had I taken the parcel to a Post Office myself then it would have been picked up. Anyone qualified or have experience of how this goes in practice?
I know that it is useful to place a clear address label on parcel, but is it the case that so long as it is booked on Parcel Force's system then it is 'expected' at a 'participating' Post Office. This state lasting for a certain time period during which its presence at a Post Office leads to it being picked up and delivered to its destination (on a next day basis since that is the service I purchased). That how it works? Would I be able to take it to Post Office this Friday for Monday delivery without futher adjustment to the labels -which state Wed 08 Oct for Pickup - or any further interference from the booking company?
I'll call PF this morning see if I can get the company line on this from one of their reps also.
Parcel is roughly 50X50x50 cm (21x18x19 in inches).
Thanks all and chin up etc. we need it.0 -

hi i read them:D
im unsure about labels as with them you dont need them..
have you tried contacting them direct?0 -
pheew, i was wondering whether i was imagining my posts !
i have done my own labels for the last year or so anyway, but it would be nice to go back to not needing too. unfortunately as mentioned in an earlier (phantom) post the last time i used PF the driver put the wrong labels on the (completely different size/weight) parcels and it went unnoticed until the items arrived at opposite address's.:grouphug:

Paypal on the case
Thank you for contacting Paypal in relation to transaction.
I understand that you want to file a claim against this transaction.
I have noted that you have filed numerous complaints against this seller. As for this transaction I have already attached it in the system so a manual case can be created in your behalf.
Rest assured that we will sort this out for you and we will notify you through email/resolution center page of any progression in this case.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Sincerely,
Maria

Yes thats the downside to pf..as they go on address on booking not on the label, whereas dhl go by label
i have used parcel cheap about 10 times now and seem ok.. no probs as yet, but not sure how they would respond if that problem happened, prev used another agent and they just recollected and delivered again.
inconvient though
im still using combination of agents0
