Should be sorted relatively easily.
Thanks Armitage, that's reassuring.
I tried to phone them last week, about something else, and gave up after 20 minutes of transfers and recorded announcements and time and money wasting.
I will visit today and see if I can trace my parcel and possibly access a more direct telephone number0 -

Yes. It was one of those that had me hanging on for 20 minutes and I never did get through, just gave up.0

Hi everyone,
I've just booked with DPD for a collection tomorrow (Thursday 16th) using the DHL 24-hour service. It cost me £8.00 incl. insurance. I'll let you know how it's gone once the package is safely delivered (or not).
Take care,
Nira
PS. Has anyone read 13.5 (right at the bottom) in their T & C Conditions of Carriage? I can't believe someone actually wrote that! What do you think?0 -

what does it mean?
i think it means that even if a court says they are wrong, they are still right...0 -
Great, Parcelcheap is down too now! I quite liked them...nice and simple. Anyone know the story with them?0

I've been reading this thread for weeks but have only just registered.
I probably send 6 parcels a week via courier.
I've been using parceltree for months then I saw that some members have been having major problems with them.
PPW seemed well recommended here so I started using them, then they disappeared as well less than a week after I started using them.
Then I moved onto to parcelcheap, only for their website to be offline this morning
It really is chaotic!0 -

Rates start at around £5.80 and go down to around £4 (based on your monthly bookings).
What sort of volume do you need to use them?0
