The courier re-seller market is in state of total upheaval. PPW going was huge blow. Parceltree are a disgrace. Almost everyone else is either new and untested, very expensive or use parceltree's account!

How many are you sending a week?

Edit: UK Courier Express- no personal experience. Fellow forumer RED*RED*WINE recommendation.

i got no label from PF from my parcelcheap booking, the driver mentioned because i had only booked this morning. so i'm assuming i need to book the day before to get a label ?

he seemed okay with it mind, but i don't think he would be everytime.

I used PayPayParcel today as they were a shade cheaper than P2Go. DHL collected as normal so OK so far!

Hopefully they aren't another Shafi company!

I have also experienced problems with PPW over the last week. Similarly to you ArmitageShanks, I couldn't get through so I ended up sending with FreightSearch. They pick up the phone every time and the customer service has been excellent so far.

MY PARCELS HAVE FINALLY BEEN COLLECTED!!!:j
RAINBOW PARCELS WERE OK IN THE END, JUST NO WEBSITE AND NO CONFIRMATION EMAILS. THEY DID INSTRUCT DHL OK THOUGH!

I will not be using them again.... I need reliability and good communication.
Got some more to be collected tomorrow, so I am back to parcel 2 go, who I fell out with several months ago - but it seems i have little choice.

I've done a few UK mainland parcels with PayPerParcel and they have been great. Only tried the 48 hour service.

Give them a try?

Price is very good approx £7 inc VAT but I do note they are upping it come Saturday 11th October by 30 pence.

until 2 weeks ago I was using pacel drop but noticed they add the fuel on top of the £5.99 + VAT. I found Freightsearch in this thread and their price is £5.99+VAT including the fuel - wooooooh. All is very good so far!!!

im thinking shafi is quite clever huh.. getting rid of all competion like that
buy buying them out or offering a deal.. makin them companies look bad

my guess is he will be back soon with a very low rate again and there will be hardly any competition:eek:

looks like the parceltree website is working again,
we have used direct parcel delivery everyday this week so far no problems, dont know about parcelcheap never used them
