I opened a Paypal dispute and then escalated to a claim.
    The message I get is:

    Status

This item not received dispute has been escalated to a claim.
We requested additional information from the seller about this transaction.
    What happens next
The seller has been asked to respond by 16 Oct. 2008. Once we receive the information, we'll continue our review of this case.

Of course their Paypal account will probably be empty now so I'm not too hopeful of getting my money back

Some people say you won't get anything. But when payperdrop went bust for the 2nd time our claims were successful. Fingers crossed.

you will still get your money back as buyers are protected by using paypal to make a payment.

my suitabion is I can not remember how many vouchers we have left in our account. So how much should I claim back?

Same boat, all you can do is claim all of the block purchase of PPPs you made. Make sure you don't select service when filling the claim.
  • hello, i usually only read and i am new to writing stuff so please be kind because i have had 3 hair tugging days trying to get some parcels collected

firstly ppw go belly up leaving me in the lurch with over £100 worth of prepaid credits so i decided to give parceltree a whirl even tho i know they do not get a very good write up on here but nothing ventured nothing gained and there prices seemed okay but i have to say that once again i have been let down
i prepayed for 10 parcels and booked 3 for collection yesterday
dhl never turned up to collect the parcels and i emailed parceltree 3 times last night and got no reply so as i have already payed i try again today to book another 2 parcels and the booking form dont work plus my account shows no prepaid credits and no history of the parcels i booked yesterday so again i have emailed them several times with no reply

i am desperate now as i have 5 parcels that need delivering to my customers so i try some of the services that is listed on the front page but most of them are too expensive and are much higher than the £7.99 that i have already charged my customers but i have booked the 5 parcels with another one on the front page (uk courier express) they charge £7.99 so okay i loose out on my packaging costs but better to get the parcels shifted
i was tempted to prepay for 10 parcels at £7.50 per parcel but i dont trust any of them now so i just payed for the 5 that i need
hopefully after 3 days of trying i will finally get these parcels collected and wont have my fingers burned again

i have received a confirmation email for all 5 bookings so it looks promising but i will let you all know how it pans out
has any one else used this company? if you have are they relyable
please say yes because i cannot afford to be let down again
