Cheap Parcel Delivery Thread MK3

If you book with a DHL agent you don't generally get a tracking number. Without this DHL customer service won't help you. DHL don't like giving out local depot numbers unless your collecting a parcel. From another thread here is a link for DHL depot phone numbers http://tkpeters.co.uk/dhl.htm. These numbers are useful if you want to find out the reason for a failed collection or if you want to check DHL have your booking. In the past when I used DHL some bookings didn't make it to the depots & seem to get lost in the system. Your then left waiting in all day for a collection that doesn't exist. To avoid this phone your local depot a few hours after you've made the booking & double check. Having to chase up DHL is frustrating but it’s better than waiting & wondering if your booking has made it.
Parcelforce give you a tracking number straight away & advertise depot numbers on their website. This is important because I’m no longer left wondering if a booking has been successful. It just makes sending parcels less stressful. I’ve had Ebay customers leave negative feedback thanks to DHL, it’s the last thing you need when trying to run a business.0 -

Though I expect it will be minus any resemblances of good service. Be shocked if they still have 2/3 girls in the office, if the bookings stay automated and if they're cut-off remains 12.30
We've still got £200 worth of PPPs so I suppose we'll have to use them up.0 -
i'll buy them off you, for £120:grouphug:

Used them 3 times last week with no problems0 -
i have actually decided to trial run parcelcheap as well. my hate for PF can possibly be overlooked if it means the driver i get can actually engage in conversation (see earlier post, my DHL one can't...):grouphug:

Just spoke twoday with Paul from PPWexpress. He phoned me as I opened disputes for undelivered parcel, they also owe me quite lots of money for the damaged parcels. He told me that PPW ceased trading for ever. He also offered me £2000 if I close all the disputes and asked me not to mention this offer on this forum. Eventually I didn't get a refund but I haven't closed these disputes neither. I will wait some time and probably will have pass it to PayPal resolution centre.
So my advice for those who still have some issues with PPW is to open PayPal disputes ASAP before it's to late and don't listen what Paul Harrison says as it's all full of lies!0 -
Just forgot to add that I opened disputes for £4500 in total.0

Ludwip from what I've heard from the horses mouth, Paul Harrison has nothing to do with PPW anymore.
If they have gone, opposed to merged why would they be worrying about any outstanding creditors- they're a limited company, they would just declare themselves insolvent and file for bankruptcy.
...and also why would he be bothered about it being broadcast?0
