Well, they've confirmed the payment has not been sent. Therefore they will be sending this on.
So it's taken four weeks of "yes, it will definitely appear in your account" to "oh, it looks like another admin error"..0 -
goodness me!!! im surprised they even had the guts to admit it!!! did they compensate you any more ??? im packing them in next month when i can pay all off i will never go with them again !! hope it comes back quick to you nowself confessed 80's throwback:D

I've had my interest refunded twice, once as £25 (which it should be), and again at £19. Not going to say anything though!0

tried to pay the balance off the cap one card yesterday (by debit card) and it said that there had been an error and to try later - I vaguely remembered this thread so didn't try to make the payment again.....
what are the chances:-
1. that this payment actually has been taken from the bank account
2. that cap one will receive the payment
the payment isn't due until the end of the month so I have plenty of time to wait

I tried to pay online today (becuase they've messed up my d/d which pay off the full amount) and it said Declined. I tried it twice, then paid direct from my Lloyds a/c online instead. Is this the same thing you guys were getting, ie Declined, or is this somehting different? I know of no reason why my card should be declined, plenty of money available.0
