Started at £200 in sept 2007, increased to £500 thereafter, nothing ever since!
I did decrease it to £350 last month though!

Same here. I've had my account for near enough 2 years and never had an increase. I'm still stuck on £500.

I've got to wait 3 more months to see if they increase my £500 limit. Not too bothered whether they increase it again after that as I wouldn't want to borrow a huge amount with that APR. Hopefully will be on mainstream cards in 12-18mths time.

I had a start limit of £200 and a apr of 30% and if i dont get an increase at the 4th statement i will be getting rid of my cap one as i was told on activating the card that on the 4th statement the card would increase to £2000? not holding my breath though.

Who told you that? When I asked Cap1 if they knew what my increase would be, they said they can't tell. They wouldn't be able to predict anyway, depends on how you manage your account.
My start limit is £500 and it seems most people with this starting limit have had it raised to £1100 on their 4th statement. If this is true then it is highly unlikely your £200 will take a massive leap to £2k - I'd say £800 was more realistic.
