I know what you mean about shoes - I had to promise when I bought my last expensive pair of party shoes that I'd make them last well - sadly they kill my feet and only go with plain black so I've only worn them once - LOL! I've made the previous pair last exceptionally well though - they must be coming up for ten years old now and still holding up well! We love meal planning, something to look forward to for the week and has really reduced our spending - last two weeks shopping about £50 per week. I've started getting deliveries as easier than dragging round baby plus getting discount vouchers too. My mum spends about £80 on her and my dad! But then she always buys branded products.0
