A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

First time of reading so hello :hello: . Cancel that insurance!
On the shoe front, I lurve shoes! My work shoes have been going since I got my first paycheck after I qualified 6 years ago!
I do need some more but I need some that are quiet for walking around at night so I don't wake everyone up. They also need to be really comfy as I work 11 hour shifts and sometimes don't get a break or a chance to sit down at all.
That's really hard when you have horrid shoes on. They need to be washable and wee/poo/blood/snot repellant so I'm asking quite a lot from a pair of shoes aren't I!
    Oh and cancel that insurance!

    2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.

Hello Shopgirl! I know what you mean about party shoes in the winter. I try and go for boots if they go with the outfit.
I love shoes too, since we moved house I have had space to lay mine out rather than having them jumbled in the bottom of 2 wardrobes at different houses. I'm rediscovering some I haven't seen for a year, I reckon that's better than shopping for them!!
Kaz, do you work in a hospital or similar? My friend is a dentist and swore by Crocs last time I talked to her about it. She has surgical ones without holes so I think they would fulfil all your criteria (you didn't mention anything about them looking nice - but I kind of like them anyway!!)
