awwww vix. thats a real bummer. tagz's advice sounds good about the computer. Have you gone back to the lady who did the deal with you on the flat - you can't go on misrepresenting to people like that, it's just not fair.

can someone look up a couple of syns for me please? Thats the drawback with this food diary thing, i don't always know the syns . .

cornflour, tesco cheese ravioli(G), branston vegetable ravioli(G). thanks in advance.

Morning KPC, tesco cheese ravioli(G)410g can = 3.5 syns, cornflour 1 syn per level tsp, couldn't find the Branston ravioli sorry:o

    Love

I would go ahead and report it gerturdeanna, it will give you a nice loss to report next week and it makes my gain of 3.5 this week look a little better:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::D!

I agree with Marion :) If you put that it's TOTM, as you have done, then we will all understand! Even the guys!

I've decided this is the week that I will have cheesecake. FFM might remember that I promised to have a slice when I felt I had enough leeway to do so (yes, that was about six months ago, haha!) I wasn't expecting to lose this week and I'm right at the lower end of my 'happy weight range' so I'm going for it! I've ordered two mini vanilla cheesecakes with my shopping at a whopping 329 cals each :rotfl: I might even eat both of them (not on the same day, obv)!!! Phones will be switched off and I shall be eating it with a teaspoon to make it last as long as possible! :rotfl:

    Morning All,

I dug my scales out today determined to record a start weight only to find that the battery has died!! So no update for my sig yet :( .

I stopped eating breadand cheese yesterday. They seem to be my vices, I can get through a whole 800gm tiger loaf with a whole block of butter and a load of cheese in a day  .

Am not going to do anything more drastic at the moment as have an ED history so have to be careful. I am looking forward to having this forum to come back to and get inspiration from though so thanks in advance guys :T

Hope everyone has a good day,
    Al x

bread is mine also kiwi love to toast white bread love it so don't eat it only on special occasions because cannot be trusted to just eat one or two slices, not cheese, can take it or leave it but bacon 'real bacon' as my DS calls it because we often have the turkey rashers and when the 'real bacon' comes out he runs down from his xbox and waits for it to cook with the longing of a puppy being fed:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Tried the red dress on, really wanted to like it especially as it is £35 and 20% discount at debenhams but did not like it, the cut, the material, the way it hung, tried some other Wallis ones on and also did not like them, with the dress I bought for the big family wedding I knew it was the one, I did try on loads more but came back to that one, I wanted the same feeling with the red dress but it was not there so put it back and will look again.

Jay - I've stopped reading the Sports Nutrition book from the library... it's just too good! There is so much in there that I'll want to refer to again and again, so I've ordered the latest updated edition from Amazon instead and I'll wait for that to arrive :) I hope you find it as useful as I do!

Hope everyone's having a good week so far!

    Ello everybods peeps!

Well, going backl to SW on Saturday was a disaster... the class wasn't there anymore :D Going tonight instead!

I trust we all had a decent weekend? I'm not in a position to go back 6 pages and read. I haven't been here since the Mikado/Malted Mallow debate lol
