Back - again!!
Spent 2 very non WW friendly weeks celebrating a 'big' birthday but back on the wagon and able to report a 2.5lbs loss this week0 -
I agree with Marion
If you put that it's TOTM, as you have done, then we will all understand! Even the guys!
I've decided this is the week that I will have cheesecake. FFM might remember that I promised to have a slice when I felt I had enough leeway to do so (yes, that was about six months ago, haha!) I wasn't expecting to lose this week and I'm right at the lower end of my 'happy weight range' so I'm going for it! I've ordered two mini vanilla cheesecakes with my shopping at a whopping 329 cals each :rotfl: I might even eat both of them (not on the same day, obv)!!! Phones will be switched off and I shall be eating it with a teaspoon to make it last as long as possible! :rotfl:
Hi Missy, have you had your cheesecake yet? I've recently been working my way (quite slowly) through a Mandarin Light Cheesecake from Tesco's. It's frozen and I've cut it into small portions and only take out a small slice at a time. A 50g portion only 'costs' me 93 calories - and because it is frozen I am not tempted to have a 2nd portion because of the defrosting time. A 100g portion wouldn't be excessive at 185 calories, it's just that I'm stingey and am only after a taste.

bread is mine also kiwi love to toast white bread love it so don't eat it only on special occasions because cannot be trusted to just eat one or two slices, not cheese, can take it or leave it but bacon 'real bacon' as my DS calls it because we often have the turkey rashers and when the 'real bacon' comes out he runs down from his xbox and waits for it to cook with the longing of a puppy being fed:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Tried the red dress on, really wanted to like it especially as it is £35 and 20% discount at debenhams but did not like it, the cut, the material, the way it hung, tried some other Wallis ones on and also did not like them, with the dress I bought for the big family wedding I knew it was the one, I did try on loads more but came back to that one, I wanted the same feeling with the red dress but it was not there so put it back and will look again.
Victory, what a shame about the dress, it looked fab in the photo.
OH and I had grilled bacon in a baguette at about midnight last night. I like to leave the crispy rind on for maximum tasteI hadn't used up that many calories throughout the day and was feeling peckish - it definitely 'hit the spot'.

Hi everyone - am sitting here with a doggy footwarmer on - he is settling in and is a really good boy!! We are all doggy loved up here :grouphug:
Kiwichick - I so know what you mean about bread - it is my big downfall too... we only buy brown wholemeal now and it lives in the freezer to make it a bit harder to go mad! I also love the polish sunflower seed bread that you can get now so have that in the freezer as it is low in wheat flour so less moreish!
Victory - so sad that the dress didn't look like you wanted it to - it's a real bummer when that happens - never mind - there will be a dress out there that is the one:T :happyhear
Vix - hope you have managed to sort out the computer thing - it does sound like it is yours, but as someone else said, maybe your Mum thought you had left it behind on purpose.... Bummer about the parking - is it a private company that runs it? It seems a bit steep.
I MUST remember to get weighed tomorrow am - in a way it is a massive leap forward for me as I used to be obsessed with the scales, so forgetting is actually quite a refreshing change! Let's hope the extra dog walking will show in a weight loss, although getting up earlier and the extra exercise has been making me hungrier!!
Talking about parties and being embarrassed.....
When I was in my early 20s (quite a while ago now.....), some friends and I were invited to a 'Blue Party', so we all turned up in our nice blue sundresses and everyone else was in suspenders and worse.... We felt such idiots, but I learnt a lot that night.....:o
Hey ho:rotfl: :rotfl:
Lesley xNO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0 -
Hi I got weighted today and am very happy , I

had a BRILL night doorstep deli-ing. didn't really want to go but everyone was dead nice. And i got a new customer who lives in one of my fantasy houses so i got to look at it a bit and the best bit was that she had 6 week old kittings!!0 -

1.5 lbs loss this week.
Congrats to all the losers and STS.
Family are weird. My aunt is visiting and came round this evening so we could have tea so I asked her if she'd like a cup of coffee or something to eat. Get a long speech about how stuffed she is with tea and cake that she's been eating all afternoon and she couldn't manage anything. Fair enough.
Then when she leaves 2 hours later she tells me I must be starving and she thought we'd all be having a takeaway together.
We might have if she hadn't told me how full she was:rolleyes:
Hope everyone's ok.0 -

turns out can't tell the time, woke up thinking what a lovely fitfull sleep and how it is nearly half six and DS gets up at 7 that might as well get up...it is nearly half five:rolleyes: oh well am up now, will just have to have a siesta later on:D
There really are some fab loses this week, the chart should look impressive, have not been yet as you know too expensive to get into town on the bus, will get weighed when I have to go, that seems to be friday because DS is badgering me to go and get him another xbox game (fortunately he pays for them himself) or he says if I won't go on its release date then I can let him have the day off school:rotfl: :rotfl:
Had a fab day shopping the other day though, I asked for some perfume samples and the lady did me proud, back she comes with a whole load of them, even lotions for the face, face packs, lots of little things to try:D give it a go, always worth asking:D
Have been looking for the game simon from the 80's
wanted to buy it for DS as I enjoyed it but seems no one will sell it on the internet apart from good old ebay that sells it for £35 plus:eek: that is a no then:rotfl: :rotfl: must go to the charity shops more see if they have one and roll on the car boot sales to start again:D0
