In the spirit of being back on the wagon, I stuck to plan completely yesterday and also did a fab (though soggy) 1 hour cross country run
Also bought a cheapie manual treadmill off ebay last week for my home gymWhich reminds me, time to get a couple of things reading for listing (can't decide if I'm ready to part with the wii fit yet...)
