  • good luck with the house sale delly! probably be better off starting fresh somewhere that has nothing to do with him. Glad things are on an overall upward curve for you - you've been so strong with all this!

wonder if ajax has been reading JAmes Joyce? I seem to recall that it's all about epiphanies.

..... thanks BB, I'll cous yours if you cous mine!!

Thanks too f-o-b, lois, beanie, 'nise, jay11, FFM :)

to you too Ajax- what's the ephiphany? *intrigued*

......thanks Bails, the epiphany was a "You fat b*stard" moment on the scales lol ......
We probably all need a slice of Ajax's epiphany, toasted with butter?

......no!!!! No butter!!! Maybe, just maybe, a moderate amount of low fat spread ;)
    I am prostrate

 .. crikey BB, I had to read that twice!

KPC, my little starlet archer!! Bring on the smut!! :D Mmmmm-wah!

Thanks delly hun, sorry to hear your situation isn't really improving since we last spoke. Here's hoping for you.

Most of you may notice that I've had you [strike]in my wildest dreams [/strike]in my Champions League team on Facebook. I just want to thank you all for your efforts in a thusfar successful season, and as your manager, will allow you one small measure of epiphany, but not the night before a match.

So..... whose bottom does a bloke have to kiss these days to get back on the chart? :)

    .

PS Hope I didn't miss anyone out. x

..... oooh no, it's all a bit too 'out there' for me - and a bit Fenian (sorry Delly :p ).

I do a great karaoke of the song Finnegan's Wake though ;)

Are you still doing Doorstep Deli, KPC?

Belated good luck victory, you'll be there now and hopefully well on the way to a new job.

Well done on the loss Raph, glad you're feeling better.

I'm on day 2 today, finally managed a day 1 all the way through, only a small step, but still chuffed!

Have a great day everyone, jay xx

Great to see you back Ajax! :D Welcome back Granny too!

In the spirit of being back on the wagon, I stuck to plan completely yesterday and also did a fab (though soggy) 1 hour cross country run :D

Also bought a cheapie manual treadmill off ebay last week for my home gym :) Which reminds me, time to get a couple of things reading for listing (can't decide if I'm ready to part with the wii fit yet...)
