:rotfl: thanks for the good laugh Victory & ajax:D . I like to leave my options open in the current climate.
Right, I have slapped my wrist and avoided the scales this morning. No more talk of scrummy fat laden food. Only talk of scrummy healthy food. Lets get the show on the road. 7 weeks to xmas and I want to have lost 6lbs. Yes 6 whole lbs to bring me back within target.
Having a duvet day today, so not easy to avoid picking at food for entertainment but it has to be done.
Delly - good luck with the sale. Now you've made the decision, I hope it can proceed quickly so you can get this bit behind you. Glad you feel you have made this decsion, rather than everything being out of your hands.
pcl - :T 4lbs: well done. Stacie - you've been doing very well. It is frustrating not having the wi but it will be extra good next week.

Vix - that seems a very high council tax bill: is it definitely for just one month? I have a 2 bed house and it's £124 a month and Brighton isn't cheap.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

.... oooh that sounds very do-able BB. I've every confidence in you, but the trick is to make a good start.

Plan your meals out for me for the next 24 hours. There are two reasons for asking:-

    1. To give you some ideas.
    2. To give me some ideas.

So..... whose bottom does a bloke have to kiss these days to get back on the chart? :)

  • yay! smut levels through the roof already. I wonder if it was the rabbit story that did the trick?

yes ajax, still doorstep deli-ing with pretty good success - had a black month for oct which is always an achievement. Just eating yesterdays leftovers for lunch, so being mse and lw at the same time. I tried the potato bake out of this months sw mag and it's very nice but very heavy on the broccoli. worth a go though, even if oh did have a small fit at the amount of vegetables i tipped on his plate last night. i was especially mse and chopped the broccoli stalks up and blanched them for stir frying. Just have to stay away from the free cadburys mini rolls to keep the wagon rolling now.

feeling very blessed with my council tax now.

......ah, thanks 'Nise. Only one problem - I fear that I may miss your bottom when kissing it, as it is so small and petite these days :)

Lovin' the MSE/LW combo there KPC. Not so broccoli... work of the devil.

Yeah, our council tax is £100 a month on a 3-bed house. I thought that was a rip off!!
