Well done losers and everyone else who's had a good result this past week! Hope the people who are not feeling well get better soon
I have STS this week which is great! 10th week without a gain. My problem is I am still on 'diet' calories and I really want to get them up to a proper maintain level! I have basically stalled on 1500 cals/day for the last 4 weeks. To maintain I should be able to have 1730/day if I'm lightly active, or 1950/day for moderately active. I think I'm close to moderately active with all the exercise I do?
Not sure what to do now - I'm thinking of giving it a break for a week and enjoying a gain, cos I'm so much more efficient at losing weight than I am at maintaining! :rotfl:
Good luck everyone this week0 -

I know what you mean! I bought my present almost as soon as I found out who my [STRIKE]poor[/STRIKE] lucky recipient was going to be but the longer I think about it the dumber my present seems!:o:p
Oh well I will just send it off with a note to say why I bought that particular item!
Reporting a STS this week which I was a little surprised by as I was very good this week although I had more green meals than normal. I am off to Mechelen for a long weekend Thursday so my resolve will be severely tested!:D:beer:
Good luck everyone!

Aarrghhh! I just lost a really long post!
I've been trying to catch up with all the posts I've missed, but I'm finding the site incredibly slow - anyone else having problems?
I'm not going to take the chance of re-writing my post only to lose it again, so I'll just say hi, I'm back, and try again tomorrow.

So if my calculations are correct I had 2lb gain or more than the maintain, then put on 5lb and lost 4lb which is 3lb adrift then 7lb and lost 4lb which is 6lb over and now have lost 5lb and so it should be
1lb gain for me this week please:D the battle is being won, helps there is no food in the house, roll on friday and pay day Asda here I come:rotfl: this week will be going to tesco because they sent me a voucher for £12 off a £60 spend which seems like a brill deal, going to get the quality street tin again (free this time and some bits and pieces) keep looking at the biscuits they are selling for xmas but at £4.99 plus for them seems a lot especially when the kids eat them as if they have been starved:rotfl: :rotfl: so am going to look for the basic tesco ones or asda which are much cheaper and put them in a fancy tin, because that is all it amounts to fancy packaging:rolleyes:
well done to all the loosers, STS, :j :j :j if you have gained do not loose heart because next week is going to be fab:D
I am doing really well for the xmas presents, got a phone off ebay for OH that was £33 instead of £99 at Argos,(second hand but beggers can't be choosers:rolleyes: an xbox headphone set for £5 instead of £30 at Game so doing very well:D0
