  • is it leeds uni you're at carol22? I went to TASC, or 'leeds trinity' as it's now been rebranded.

hope you find the couscous beanie! just think, for the next swap box I can put loads of couscous in them and heaven help anyone not doing sw! Lots of losses coming in - well done folks. I was contemplating not weighing in this week as i have been so bad, but it's probably best to get the pain over with. At least that way I might see a loss next week . . .

Thanks FFM, I appreciate the reply. I still think it's to do with all the exercise because when I had my enforced break from exercise, the weight loss corresponded exactly with the numbers. Also I'm taking great comfort that I've stalled on 1500/day because earlier in the year I stalled for weeks on 1200/day! So I do feel I've made progress! :)

I've decided to stay on the case rather than taking a break, and I will try the next 4 weeks at 1600/day. Other than holidays, this will be my highest weekly calorie allowance since I've started maintaining! :D *scoffs a curly wurly* :rotfl:

Don't know about you or anyone else FFM but I can't wait to celebrate my first year of maintaining! :j

Just a quickie, reporting in with a 5lb gain :o . That's not as bad as DH though - he gained 11lbs, but I bet he loses that before I lose mine!

See you later with the chart - lots to do!

Morning everyone, I haven't been on here for a while, so well done to all the losers. I'll hopefully find some time to read back later--half-term, OH on holiday, and everything else are keeping me pretty busy, though it's lovely to have everyoneat home.

Not doing at all well on the LW front either, I've STS, at least not gained:rolleyes: Trying to build up courage to go to nearby SW classes. I've freed the money from the budget, but :o.

Have a great day everyone, jay xx
    Anytime;)
