Lose Weight 23

Trying to build up courage to go to nearby SW classes. I've freed the money from the budget, but
.
SW classes are great in my experience, there's really nothing to worry about. Your weight is never revealed - only the person who weighs you and the consultant will know how much you weigh. Everyone who stays for 'Image therapy' gets a round of applause, whether they've lost, maintained or gained, and the members are encouraged to give each other hints and tips to encourage people who are struggling.
Attending a class definitely focusses the mind too!

Thanks KPC - not a year yet but I'd have to be going some to put on the whole 3 stone again before Christmas (could have lots of fun trying!!!) Let us know how you get on with the wii fit
I've made a purchase too, a cheapy used treadmill off ebay! It's in such great condition, looks brand new, obviously barely been touched :rotfl:
Nice day's eating there BB :rotfl: Wonder what was for dinner...?
Snap Lois - we had snow today too! Yippeeeeee!!!!!!!!
Sorry to hear the buffet wasn't up to scratch FFM! Tsk! I have the same issue as you about my 'anniversary'. I made my target just before Christmas but also went on to lose more in the New Year. I'm taking the anniversary as the pre-Christmas one though because that is when my LW mission felt completeIt's also less pressure for me if I compare future years to the slightly higher original target (does that make sense?
)
Lots of good news and positivity on here lately... great to hear! :j0 -
just had a huge mountain of steak for tea. mmmmmm. have to wonder why i go so spectacularly off piste so regularly when i really enjoy the food on sw. never mind. Oh and a box is not compulsory vix, don't worry. But no guinea pig wee in the envelope please, your swappe might be allergic!!! Are they going to live in a cage or will they be house pets? I have a truly terribly off colour story about a house rabbit. I'll share if pressed, but be warned, it's vile!0

Hi all
Here's the chart for this week, and as it's also the last one for October, I have the pleasure of giving the Slimmer of the Week and the Slimmer of the Month awards, to .... drum roll .... Staciep88! Stacie lost 2.9lbs this week, bringing her total for the month to 13lbs. Well done! :T
Well done Katyk, Kymrob and The Dragon who all achieved the monthly target. :j
Well done everyone - good luck for the next monthly challenge.

Yep, makes total sense! I think I might opt for my original target as my 'anniversary'. So, 19th Jan it is for me then

Oh wow what a lovely suprise :-) I'm more determined than ever. One thing though, I will be getting weighed tomorrow so there should hopefully be a little more to add on, then it will be the start of my month again!
I just wanted to say that this forum is so encouraging! I cannot talk to my friends and family about my weight and body issues as I dont feel comfortable doing so, but on here its great!

hello everyone...am I too late to join the challenge? I am a spread sheet addict...love the one Lois has done, really encouraging..
I am really determind to lose a stone for my 30TH Birthday...which is at christmas. If I am truthful I would like to lose two stone..but a stone would be a start.0 -
Lois
Great spreadsheet, will definately encourage me not to slip.:T
Just could do with a few more ideas for evening meals if anyone has a recipe they would like to pass on. Hopefully one that can be prepared in 20 mins or less (prep not actual cooking time).Hate ready meals so I always cook from scratch and used a few gi receipes that are quite nice but as the weeks go on a change would be good.
What is Couscous actually like? Is the packet Ainsley stuff better than DIY0
