Nice day's eating there BB :rotfl: Wonder what was for dinner...?
Oh, and kpc - can rabbt sget diarea?(sp)
London05 - I don't use much packet stuff but I do enjoy the ainsleyH lemon couccous. It's a nice flavour but it obviously works out more expensive than diy. I like to have it in hand for emergencies when I run ut of lunch ideas or time.
Stacy - glad you find the forum helpful:T .Thanks for saying so.
Oh, and thanks for the chart Lois.
Just spent an hr in a crowded hospital waiting room full of people with colds, trying not to breathe in too much.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Well rub it in!!!!! South east gets alot of summer weather though, and we do get snow sometimes!!
I'm in the South East too, although at the top end of it, and it's rare for us to get snow even when lots of places nearby have it. Didn't Kent have a huge amount of snow one winter?

well because you asked . . . . percy is a house rabbit and has fre rein. Alas percy is a 'whole' rabbit and gets . . . urges. Which he exercises upon items of furniture, cushions etc. How do you solve the problem of having a randy rabbit getting it on with your silk cushions? Well, if you splay your hands in a certain way, he does it there instead. YOu know when he's done because he emits a funny little squeak. So when the owner of said rabbit goes home to play with percy, he really is. Can't understand why anyone woud do this, much less tell anyone.
Told you it was vile.
national day of mourning today, no more david tennant as doctor! Cold has turned into a raging throat infection now. yuck.0 -
Hi guys, sorry I haven't been around much recently, hope everyone is doing well except KPC with her nasty cold (I'm feeling rotten with one too). I would like to go back on the chart please, is it Lois doing it? Can you please zero me (I've still lost some of my weight but haven't lost any more so would like a fresh start). I'll weigh in on a Wednesday for ease. May still not be around loads on the thread, not sure yet. Vix, I hope moving in with Matt to your own place is fab! Get well soon KPC! Someone mentioned hot buttered toast to me the other day so I'm off to have a slice, for medicinal purposes of course
I appear to have come back just when LW is at its best (see randy rabbit story above)

Hello
A miracle has occured! The week in Malta didn't result in a gain but a loss of 2lbs!!!! I know it's too late for the table but I'm delighted. It was my DD's birthday yesterday and we had some friends around. I wore a slinky dress and got loads of remarks. I think I'll have to have a few more weeks over there.
KPC Percy and his urges made me laugh!I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0 -
No snow in Kent today, bitterly cold, thunder, rain, wind but no snow:rolleyes:
I can feel a boredom eating moment coming on so off for a bath while I am waiting for Katie and Peter to come on the tele, can't afford to eat now anyway went to the dentist was told £12.50 for a check up went downstairs and she happily said to me 'that will be £37.30 please:eek: ' I was given a tooth clean also and that costs loads, not that the dentist asked me she just told me she was giving them a clean, now my DS wants to be a dentist seen as they earn so much per minute:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
I'm in need of a little competition, with the sensible aim of losing 2lb a week, with 8 weeks to go (ish) until January 1st. I think I can lose 16lb, already lost quite a bit in the last couple of months, but now want a real push.
Anyone think they can match or beat that? (The ultimate aim is to get from 149lb to 130lb and get my 10km time down to 38 minutes).
I'm running, doing circuits, but not doing weights or any resistance training.
Eating healthy and keeping my calorie content to about 1400kcals.
Weekly check in, the prize is errr... I dunno... self satisfaction?0 -
