This did include lunch out last Saturday - yum, 2 days buffet whilst on a course, choc birthday cake and lots of Roses chocs yesterday and finally fish and chips last night (ok, I have pie...). So, all in all, not a bad result.

  • awwwwwww doggy!

feeling poo, my throat has swelled to gargantuan proportions but i will have to drag myself into work and whine i think. it would look v bad to go off sick today! Had an awful weekend for food. Been cold and miserable all weekend so sought comfort in food. I seem to have day one every flippin monday. I can be so good at work during the week then i totaly blow it over the weekend. Classic binge eating behaviour i know, so i really need to get the brakes on it.

Don't worry dragon, I shuffled the swap box so you weren't on this time. I actually got my stuff sorted out this week so i can post mine soon.
Glad to se you back fitorbust.

    xx
