Congrats KPC, I keep Ainsley Cous Cous in my drawer at work for emergencies. Only 165 cals for 1/2 sachet and very filling.

yeah, all couscous is pretty much instant beanie, but the ainsley stuff ( other brands are available!!) has added spices and flavourings and stuff. We do all the packet stuff - so thats the soups, dinner kits, couscous and rice. looks like i'm switching to mostly green days from now on!
ffm, half a packet - wow. You have willpower i'll never have. No matter what it is I ALWAYS FINISH THE PACK. This is why we don't have biscuits, or family packs of anything at all in the house. Self control is just a meaningless collection of syllables to me.0 -

But if it's a green day and if, which I do, the packet represents your entire meal (i.e. lunch at work) it doesn't seem to bad to eat the whole thing. Have to agree about self control ....

Which one did you want they syn value for kpc - there is quite a long list! Good news that most of them are pretty low or even free on green.
