after me saying it was quiet you go and add pages while ive been panicking all day
send my best wishes to bails please, i have been wondering for a while where she has been as its not been here. didnt want it to be that she was ill though
marion you should be fine, one bar really should not make that much difference ( well i wouldnt have thought so).
chocolate, i find that if i buy a big bar of galaxy or whatever, break it into individual squares, stick it in a baggie and freeze it, by the time i have sucked one square to nothing (too hard to bite) i dont want anymore. if its just in the fridge i eat the whole lot. worth a try?0 -

I unwrapped a largish dark chocolate galaxy, sniffed it for a bit, rubbed it over my lips, licked a little crumb off the edge - then scoffed the whole bl**dy thing:eek::mad: Do you think I have ruined the whole week now:o?
Marion:doh:
When I 'pretend' the real thing is no where near me, if I unwrapped a chocolate and then sniffed and licked it then I would have eaten it too.
You have not ruined the whole week, 125g galaxy is less than 700 calories, you can easily accomodate that - whatever you do don't feel negative about it.

You have def not ruined the whole week, not at all, never give up, never surrender, the war is yours:rotfl: :rotfl:
I agree with FFM though my pretends are never sniffing the real thing, it is never anywhere near or prob not even in the house, far too much to snif and licked, wouldn't work for me, not it is just in the mind, little silly mind games that get you through to the next day:D0 -
:j :j Victory, well done you! Losing that 3lbs you've been fighting with:D :j :j
125g is small-medium to me Marionquite an acceptable amount on a bad day. It's only about 1/6 lb calorie wise IIRC
Anytime;)0 -
i've never mastered spitting and i probably should doing as many tasting as i do for work. it's just too gross i think. I did sort of master having a bite and throwing hte rest away which is also not very mse but has it's plusses.
gosh seren, great minds really do think alike. I bet when you gain you do exactly the same thing? i'll never be thin munch munch . . . I do keep looking at all the badly fitting clothes in my wardrobe and thinking surely thats got to be SOME incentive? still, in my life it seems that I always have one 'thing' not right - say out of weight loss, job satisfaction, health, finances, relationship . . . . so i suppose of those things if one of em's got to be wonky, I suppose the weight loss is the least worst . . . . .
awwww, poor bails. I hope that !!!!!cat feels suitably guilty!

lol gues what word mse doesn;t like! reminds of how my little brother used to think that the cat was called 'that f%$king cat'. As in, 'that f%$king cat has eaten the meat that was defrosting for tea AGAIN!'. V entertaining when we had company.0

Morning:D my new tooth and I are off out to smile a lot and show off:rotfl: :rotfl: bitterly cold but the world needs a smile or two:rotfl:
Going to the ball tomorrow with the horrible ebay dress, having my hair done would be nice to see as it has been 4 months since last cut and looking forward to seeing again:rotfl:0 -

I'm ex Rosemary Conley (currently maintaining). Are you still book selling or have you given up these days? I'm still selling, just not as 'into it' as I used to be due to work commitments. Nice to see you
FFM

Congratulations Victory, I know how much you wanted rid of those 3lb!
FFM - if you enjoy the 'work stress' and it allows you to burn a few extra calories then that sounds like a win/win situation! Unfortunately the 1750 cals/day isn't going as smoothly for me as the other levels so far. The gain I assumed was 'TOTM due' gain on Monday, doesn't seem to be because of that (since I am now 6 days late...) Still two weeks to go though, so we'll see what happens - I still feel I can get this sorted.
KPC I think that's a good perspective to have - we really are lucky if weight control is the only thing not going quite right out of a number of things in our livesOthers, including people on this thread, have a lot more to contend with and it's very humbling.
Who's got some good plans for this weekend? I'm all done with Christmas preparations (except wrapping), and I've reached (exceeded) my exercise quota for the week so I think I've earnt myself a lazyish weekend with a bit of Eurosport for company

Hi - Todays eating plan is:
Breakfast - oats so simple with blueberries - (heb+free)
Lunch - bacon, eggs and baked beans with baby plum tomatoes (free)
Dinner - Chicken breast with jacket potato, swede and carrots (free)
Snacks will be fruit and yogurt x 2
No syns today as I sabatoged myself last night and had 40 syns:eek: worth of Galaxy chocolate:eek::o I won't miss the syns at all as I normally have to make a point of adding syns to my plan. I eat enough of the free foods that I never really get the "munchies" but the call of the chocolate overpowered me last night:o:p! Thanks to everyone who offered me comfort and support last night - it helped me sleep better and not stay awake having nightmares about putting everything I have lost back on in one day:eek::rotfl:
Love
