Thanks peeps for your kind attempt to help with my cord search - I had already 'done' landsend and unfortuanately as per the link you make FFM they have sold out of all the colours in my size. I have also been seaching everywhere for white/cream for several days already Jay with a view to dying and they are sold out every where too!
Great news on the weight and home front gert: I hope things really work out better than ever for you. kpc - another loss:T .
Not weighing inn to day. Did feel like facing the scales this morning. Loud sounds of squawking chicken side effects
thanks bb...lost my voice....think it weighed about 4 lbs :rotfl:0 -

Marion - what a great explanation of Slimming World - we should link that onto the opening page of the thread!thanks jay, marion:D looked at the 7 day plan and trying to understand it but strangely what puts me off is that you seem to be able to have so much, binge person here does not know when to stop so can I trust myself to eat that much all day every day?
... we used to have for lunch on a sat egg and soldiers...
Victory - if you were doing SW you could have as many boiled eggs as you like, however the soldiers would be limited as bread is rationed. I often do omelettes with a couple of eggs (free), some cheese (healthy extra A), or mushrooms (free), or sliced potatoes (free on a green day), or peas (free on green), or ham (free on red). Free foods are really the key to success on SW, and filling up your plate with those means you don't need lots of bread.
Bingeing is fine on SW, as long as it's free food!

Well done on all the great results coming in!!!
Do you think you will have a dabble in SW, Victory?
Lois you must be so excited! I know I've said it before but I think your plans are fabulous!
I've been for a run today, 1.5 hours, nowhere near as enjoyable as last week's long run but I suppose some more mundane ones come with the territory! Hoping to get some cycling in this week too0 -

No surprises as to the SOTM, The Dragon has had an amazing month and jolly well deserved too.Jay is SOTW and just look at how many people have achieved the 5lb challenge! Granny hangs head in shame
Have just noticed that I didn't change the date at the top of the chart . Sorry, hope it didn't confuse anyone.0 -
