wow lois, sounds like the trip of a lifetime! reporting a 1.2kg loss this week which i so don't deserve. still, it's given me the kick i need to try and keep on track better. I think i need to focus on mugshotz and not the other yummy cup a soups which are lying around the place!

A thankful STS for me this week! I WILL report in with a loss next week.

FFM - thanks for the Lands End link, their trousers come in a wide range of sizes, and colours, with an equally wide range of leg lengths, which is great for me! Those cords are available with an inside leg of anything from 26" to 36" in quarter inch increments. I'll definitely be checking out the rest.

Morning guys - sorry I've not been on for a while, been very busy this last week with starting new job and OH moving back in!!
Have actually lost 3lbs this week to so am happy about that!!! OH is forever scoffing chocolates!!

I stuck to plan yesterday which was a good thing because for some
reason I was so hungry!

Today I am eating:

Breakfast - cheese & mushroom omelette with baby plum tomatoes
(hea+free+free) plus an orange (free)

Lunch - HM vegetable soup with bacon and egg bap (free+free+heb)

Dinner - chicken and mushroom stir fry using 1 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
(free+free+heb) with chocolate scan bran cupcakes with custard for dessert
(8.5 syns)

Snack on fruit and yogurt during the day if hungry around 3pm.
