My favourite comfort food is to make up some Supernoodles, preferably Sweet and Sour one, and just mix in a tin of tuna.
Very yummy!I'm so sorry if you were enjoying this thread and mine is the last post!!

Tuna is nice mixed with cubes of avocado and in french dressing or marie rose sauce.
We also make a nice tuna lasagne by making a cheese sauce, then put a third of it aside for the plain topping. Stir a can each of tuna and sweetcorn along with some dried oregano into the remaining sauce then use this to build layers with lasagne. Top with the plain cheese sauce. Cook as a normal lasange (200C for about 30 minutes). Lovely with a green salad.
It's nice mixed with ratatouille to serve on couscous too.Love and compassion to all x0 -
A quick snack I made was just adding a tablespoon of olive oil and some pepper to a tin then just eating it.Buy for value not cost.

We're a fan of this one: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1811/tuna-and-lemon-pasta
