    How about:

    Tuna salad

Tuna (and mayo if you like it) sandwiches - can also vary what you put with it such as cucumber, cheese, sweetcorn etc.

    Tuna fish cakes

tuna fishcakes are so easy :D
just make up a batch of mashed potatoes, mix in a tin or 2 of tuna, dip in a beaten egg then into breadcrumbs. (you dont even need to do the egg and breadcrumb bit if you dont want, just dip into seasoned flour)
either shallow fry untill golden brown or bake in the oven at about 200
tou can also make these with salmon or anyother fish

    enjoy :D

When DH working and DS and DD here at home used to do batches of tuna and mayo sandwiches with a wee bit of finely chopped onion and a touch of garlic. Have done a tuna lasagne which turned out fine. Different but we did eat it. Might say maybe not repeat it! Good for salads apart from our favourite tuna macaroni.

Might be too much like a pasta bake but I have this recipe and I am sure it was made for me and I ate it although can't remember if I then made it myself. I am not a big hot tuna fan really but I will put that aside if I need to eat cheap!! I know the soup used was Campbell's We tend to do tuna wraps, tuna mayo and added spring onion, tomato, chopped coriander, grind of black pepper and whack in a wrap with some salad leaves. Yummy.

    Tuna Casserole

    1 can tuna
    a can celery soup
    a can mushroom soup
    3-4 oz chowmein noodles
    teacup chopped celery
    2 onions
    1 pkt potato crisps
    Seasoning

Mix together the ingredients except the crisps and press firmly into a greased dish. Top with crisps and bake for 30-40 mins at 350ºF

I always include some tuna cans with my shopping, as they keep and keep and when I'm caught short after a day's work and haven't had time to shop, I can open a can and do something with it. Of course I use it often with pasta, but sometimes I just eat it with potatoes (always cook mine with the skin), or with rice, or in a nice nicoise salad (with shredded lettuce, tomato, raw peppers, cooked green beans - I'm sure there is a proper recipe somewhere).

    :)

My cousin makes tuna spag bolognaise.

I love tuna mixed with mayo, green pesto and black olives on top of a jacket potato - in fact that's tomorrow's lunch ;)
