Just waiting for my £150 to be credited back onto my credit card from Dell but I was told 10-14 days which takes it into the first week of January but if nothing turns up by then I will be emailing them to find out what's going on

    What's your situation?

I'm just waiting on my refund from today. I got a reference # and it'll be 10-14 days!

Same here. Was informed today I will be getting my refund within 10-14 days, with ref no.

Recieved £120 (went into my acc 2 days ago) and £75 voucher. Didn't have to show proof of purchase of another TV either. That'll learn 'em.

    @Jools07

    First set faulty
    Second set faulty
Third set refurb (told it would be new)

Set 3 is in poor physical condition. I wrote and have been offered an 'LoB' deal as per everyone else but I haven't accepted this offer or sourced an alternative.

So, am I understanding this correctly ?

    Zippy gets a full refund plus £120 plus a £75 voucher ? Yes ?

Slowen is expecting £150 cash chargeback ? (on top of a previous full refund ?) Correct ?

Have either of you physically had a W2600 TV in your possession from Dell ?

Apologies if it's blatantly obvious from previous postings of yours but I'm following approximately six threads on four sites over this TV.

    Cheers,
    Mike.

Is that what people are being offered then ? Anyone getting a 'better' deal than this ?

    Zippy/Slowen ? Did I understand your posts correctly ?
    Mike.

I just sourced a 2600 elsewhere and they are to refund me PLUS cover the difference (nr £150)

    That's it

Aslong as my refund and difference turn up in the 14days I'm happy

I still have the refurb atm aswell
