I have merged Johntea's question into the correct thread0

I was just about to order one but wondered if it was worth paying for the "on site exchange service"?
Can anyone advise me please?
Thanks

Thanks OP,
Thinking about this for a while. I have finally taken the plunge. Realised we get EPPwith Dell through my employer. Total delivered price for me is £337.
Can't wait for it's arrival.

Going to order very shortly but could somebody tell me what vouchers are available (excluding EPP) and if it is the indian centre that will ring me?0

What would be considered a good response time and what effects will a poor response time have?
The samsung 26" is the one used for x360 demos then if you want something a little better for consoles. Costs around £650 I believe which is about a low as you get for a decent model. Model LE26R41B. The 32" for £850.
This £337 Dell is really a steal.0 -
A little tip
The card reader is a total ripoff. If you really need this feature, you should try tracking down a £20 DVD plaeyer from Lidl as this would have the card reader facility and you could also play DVDs/Divx with it0 -
Yup, the card reader is GASH. As the above chap stated, the Lidl DVD player does this function and much much more for only £20. DO NOT BUY the card reader on the TV.Titch0

i am reallllyy tempted by this...but as it will be to go in the longue i am thinking that perhaps i should hold out for something slightly bigger

the screen is 66cm across the diagonal, the same as the 28" sony CRT widescreen in my lounge. I find this adequate but 32" is the minimum I would go for now in a good sized lounge. I emphasise that I find the 28" CRT fine and won't be changing it anytime soon.
Mind you, I have put an order through for the 26" Dell and its going in the bedroom - wall mounted me thinks.0 -
Just bought the 19" version for £240.
Can't be bad at all for that price..at least when I get told by my better half to go watch the footie upstairs it'll look a lot better than the present portable up there!!
Mikeif i had known then what i know now0
