Hmmm, I am not really sure. Serious enough to get the XBox on the release date and I have had just about every console going but really console gaming is my limit.

What would be considered a good response time and what effects will a poor response time have?

From what I can gather, this LCD can handle fast moving stuff 99% of the time. It won't be a problem. Maybe slight blurring now and then, but nothing more. I have seen many 25ms monitors outperform 16ms monitors. It's not an exact science.
    Titch :)
  • There are a raft of review out there on the WD2600 - all of them seem to be based on the original price of circa 800-900. Some of the reviews give it an average rating, some give it an excellent rating.

As some have already said, this isn't about getting the best unit on the market (be prepared to spend over £1K for that). This is about stunningly good value for money. . . :-)

We've got a couple in work, and we've used them with a freeview box to good effect. Loads of inputs and funky remote control. I would buy if i had the cash.
  • Does anybody know the exact dimensions of the 19" model

Would love to buy one for the kitchen which is where i spend 90% of my time!

only trouble is it will have to fit under an overhead unit which is limited for space

We currently got a 14" CRT sony portable sited there...so hopefully dimensions will be near the same!

    Cheers

Having just seen the Goodmans LCD in Netto for a lot more than this TV, I will be planning to order tonight after work at around 5:30pm.

What vouchers/codes etc can I use to get the price to the lowest possible? P.S. I have never used Dell 'online' before, but have once ordered a TFT over the phone.

Post on the relevant thread and you're more likely to get a response.

But there are no vouchers as far as I know, quidco offer the highest cashback. If your company is part of the dell EPP, you can get it slightly cheaper, but I'd imagine you would know if you were.

And please write the subject line correctly to show you're asking a bloody question, instead of getting people's hopes up that there is some more discount options on this item. Edit subject title please.
