  • Watched a bit of telly last night on my new TV and still pleased with it.
Not being any good on TV science, so was wondering what fellow lucky customers have their settings on the picture menu.
    Mine are:

    PRESET - Personal
    BRIGHTNESS - 47
    SHARPNESS - 46
    COLOUR TEMP - 4
    COLOUR TINT - normal
    COL SATURATION - 51
    CONTRAST - 49

I have connected the tv through my Satelite reciever via a scart connection(Y/C)- input..
Thats how i had my ex tv set up.....Is there a better/improved way?
Do i have to run it through the sky or can i run it through a new aerial?

But so far the TV is great, only problem is when watching GMTV, the logo shows like a continuous ripple line across it....Is this normal...

    Thanks
    paul
  • Ordered mine on the 28/11 and delivery has now been pushed back to 9\12. Just wondering if they actually have any left at all now! If, as has been sugested on this thread that they were old stock, they aint gonna be making anymore so they either have them or they dont - why would they need to keep extending the delivery date?

Oh well. I have my order confirmation so will be expecting a replacement of the same or better spec if they have run out, but it would be nice to get something before christmas!!!

Mine has been pushed back to the 9th as well, but as they have told me at least 2-3 times it is in production, if they then tell me they have none left I will be taking it further as well. The thing is now, are they waiting for any rtn sets to come back, to send out to us  .

Same here my delivery date has slipped back from 5/12/05 to 9/12/05 and I will not be giving up on the matter as goint by their T&C's once order is confirmed they have to cmplete the order and if their is no stock then they have to give you a similar item of equal or more value.

If we all keep getting messed around I reckon a good email to Watchdog will be the next step

My thoughts exactly. If we do ever get one delivered it will be worth checking the packaging!!
  • Has anybody mounted there's on the wall? If so what bracket have you used, how much and where did you get it from?
