    I used this via 1899 (2p/min):

    00 353 1204 4000

Got straight through. Obviously try this during UK business hours to avoid the Indian Call Centre.

    Mike.
  • Can anyone tell me where to find this 26" tv or the smaller versions???

Anyone in the southwest offering the same as above?

As long as it has no dead pixels and the dell warranty can be included i'd collect.

I have one , if you let me know quickly before I send it back to Dell , based near Chippenham

Do you mind me asking why you are returning it? My order has been pushed back to December 5th but I'm considering cancelling it.
Do you know how much it costs to return it to dell?

One of these has just gone for £450 on ebay, not sure why people would want return them to Dell if they don't like them :p
  • got mine yesterday, turned it on to try with a dvd and first impressions a very good. The styling is supurb and the remote is the best ive seen . the picture quality was excellent, yes there is ghosting when you view closeup but it really is very good. fantastic value for money

I heard people saying it was £13 to return the TV back to Dell but I would double check with them just in case it is more expensive

Yea, I read that. It seems a bit too cheap to be true though if Dell say to return it at your own cost and don't give any mention of a discounted return rate.

If you read the ads for the PC's in the papers the return cost is £57 odd printed in the small print
