OK Guys i have been speaking to Claudia and she has asked me to tell everyone the following after asking for further details on behalf of everyone at MSE:

Hi Andrew,

Just that we are so, so sorry.
Everyone that is registered will be receiving an email shortly with the opportunity to fill out a request form. We will be reserving the rooms on behalf of those requests on a first come, first serve basis (based on the time on the email).
The email will explain all.

I am yet to receive the email with the details, however a few people on another forum I was reading (that I found while googling for the 1928 fiasco :rotfl: ) have received it...sans form.

Looks like LHW's bale out plan is failing because someone did the schoolboy error of forgetting to attach the attachment!

Edited to add: Also, how can they do a first come first served based on email time if they haven't sent them all out at the same time? I take it they'll be basing it on the speed of reply to when they sent the email as opposed to the time from the first email going out? Goodness knows!

I sent claudia an e-mail saying 'Im mr not ms' and she actually e-mailed back apologising for the error etc.... Shows that she (or someone using her e-mail) is actually taking the time to read and reply to everyones e-mails.

Thats definately a good thing for her to do. Help bring back some faith into the company.

Not much use for me - I am running a meeting from 9-5 tomorrow and will have no access to email, never mind time to hang about for a specific spot to send my email. SO FRUSTRATING!

I *think* we receive the form today and then send it at 12 noon GMT tomorrow (within the 80 min time frame).
I don't have one yet though, this is just what I gathered from reading other forums too.

edit: note sure if I can upload the actual form here but this is what it says:

Emailed claudia asking when to expect the form and she said if not recieved by 7PM BST to e-mail her back.

What I dont get is if they allocated all the rooms as per the website, then what are they lining up for tomorrow ??? and do we have to promt them for thie "form" ??

Everyone who pre-registered their emails before the promotion began will get the form sent out to them later without any prompting.

but then did they allocate all the rooms like the site said or was it telling porkies and now they are allocation the entire 6000 again tomorrow via mail on a first come first serve basis !? also better get the clock set properly, fastest finger first !!
