You can often google or preferably cut and paste the description to find out the hotel. (see Martins notes on unnamed hotel mega-bargains)

Apologies if this has been posted before. I've just rung LHW and they are sending out forms via email for people to fill in their requests.

These requests then have to be sent at 12noon tomorrow and will be first come, first served basis on availability etc. Forms only accepted for 80 mins and will not be accepted before or after the time.

I haven't had anything in my inbox but hopeful!

After having received the same email as the text on the website from two different LHW executives, I've replied to say I find this insulting and irritating - I am clearly after information not specified on the website, so to respond with the same automated text is highly annoying.

Fingers crossed for a nice reply - ha!

I'm assuming the same time as today 12 and they said for 80 mins, same as today.

But you should get the email before that which you can fill in with your request then you have to email it within that time.
