Possibly not done them much good though as I doubt I would want to be relying on them to book my hotel rooms in the future!

The fact that they seem to have been rather shortsighted here, wouldn't prevent me from taking a cheap room if a chance still offered.A pr disaster-possibly.
Doubt many of us would routinely use them tbh.

I have been trying since 10am this morning and didnt get any further than the first message!! its so frustrating! i have emailed the suggested addresses and recieved the same email repsonse as above straight away.

I'll proberly be away from a computer when they send the next email and miss out again!
