It takes a long time to send thousands of emails, just wait (I haven't got mine yet either).

Just so everyone is aware - that's the official line on the email drop.

Although, patience after 80 minutes of "please be patient, don't get discouraged" today is in short supply here!

For a start, I havn't got my mail, and my friend hasn't got hers either.....and I agree with some people above, the first come first serve idea is totall crazy as we are talking about emails not posts!!

I know I registered yesterday, but I have not received any email communication from LHW - either after registering or since the promo disaster. I have a copy of the email form which I have completed and can send back to them tomorrow at 12noon, but I am not sure if they'll recognise me as I don't know if my registration worked. Anyone else in the same situation?

If you haven't received any response at all from them it is unlikely that you were registered if I was you I would try and contact them before 12 noon to make sure you are registered. I believe this will only be open to those who were originally registered.

When you say you have a copy of the email form what form are you talking about?

I'll be sending the form from my work email address and not from my home email adress (which is the one I registered with). Anyone know if this'll make a difference?

I believe it's only open for the pre-registered users. I'm assuming that the only real way they can check if you were pre-registered is by the email address the form is received from, so I think this may make a difference.

I'd say to email LHW to check, but I'm still waiting on a response from my last email.

As Lefs said it is only open to those that pre-registered. I posted the link just in case those that did pre-register don't get the email in time to fill it in and submit it at the required time. I pre-registered, received the email from LHW with the Q&A's before the "sale" today but haven't yet received my email with the form to return. I found the form on another website.
