Can I join, walking I can do, running not!
Congrats pepe on 'doing the malverns'!
I try to get 3 or four good walks in a week, im considering getting up an hour early before work and going for an hours walk every day, i'll have to see how dark it is next week after the clocks go back.
The dark nights are gonna scupper my evening beach walks now - so I might have to have a long lunchbreak and do it then instead, except there is not such a nice view at work :/

  • Hiya guys,
Not getting out much atm, too busy at work and weather is s**t too. Have been running on trampoline so am hoping this will count instead. Got a wedding to go to at the weekend and will try to get some walking done while up in Bristol, through the park, snuff mills, oldland park might be good if the rain stays away, fingers crossed.

The Malvern Hills....haven't been there in a long while.

Anyway, went walking in my lunch hour - just worked it out on google maps and it was 3.5 miles. Ready for a kip at my desk now!! :rotfl: Lovely and sunny but really windy out.

Got to start walking more often again, worried that my butt will increase otherwise ;)
