I'd love to join as I am soooooooooooo unfit and definately no where near running. I had been toying with the idea of finding a cheap pedometer as I think I am well off the recommended 10000 steps a day.
I have also just got a 8 week old puppy who will be able to go out for walks in 3 weeks.:T :TProud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

Ooh I think I might have to join this one!!
I've got a sponsored walk at the end of the month, it's 12 miles and i NEED practice. I did walk 4 miles last week but ended up having to get a bus coz I got blisters on my feet. Gotta admit the shoes I had on weren't the best for walking in. My Mam gave me £20 towards some trainers so all I need to do now is WALK up town and get some lol
Good luck everyone!Initial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80

Hey we are a lovely bunch over there and keep us in mind when you feel you might like to venture onto running...back in April when I joined I could only walk and this weekend I completed my first half marathon so it is possible!
The main thing is that you enjoy what your doing and keeping fit. Walking is great for both
Happy walking everyoneI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
