Crumbs. 3 miles took me 45 minutes and I was walking quick on the mostly flat pavements. You really must walk fast!!

Yep, but I cannot run.....shin splints just thinking about it. A good stick helps.

I can't run either - being unfit and having asthma seems to be a bad combination :o plus my face goes beetroot red :o so no good for lunch time exercise at work ;)

Changed my mind yesterday and walked a mile to Tesco and walked a mile back with bags that were too heavy!!!

    Slept well though ;)

Been paid today so will probably drive to supermarket at lunch to stock up ;)

Some weeks ago I walked 3.5 miles to the next village just to see if I could - and then walked back again (somewhat slower!!)

I did 8 miles on Tuesday - just over 16k steps.

Did 10k steps yesterday but the actual walking distance was only about 3 miles - the rest was round the supermarket :o
