I must be mad! After being really tired yesterday evening after the walking... I slept really well.

So decided to walk 3 miles to work instead of the usual bus! Made it in about 3/4 hour so not too bad.

I'm done in now though :o

    Is no-one walking anymore????

Just walked 3 miles in my lunch hour - to save £1.50 parking and 3 miles worth of petrol!!!

Planning another 3 mile walk to work on Wednesday too - depending on rain.

For 26 years you should have :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

Sometimes I feel like I've been married that long (but am only in my 30's) ;)

Anyway, 2 mile walk today - much more leisurely - in fact much harder than yesterday's 3 miles, and feeling achey today - that's how unfit I am!!

Planning a 3 mile walk tomorrow if the weather is ok.... and my legs hold out :o

Short day at work today, only 10 hours ( three of those asleep in one block, aahhh the advantages of having a lovely new lorry with memory foam bunk! ) so feel like I've been let out of school early.

    Doing a fast, flat 5 miles at 4 o'clock.

My hilly, wet, muddy 5 takes about an hour. never done my flat route (twice to make it 5 ) so doing it at 4 with the incentive to get back b4 dark

Crumbs. 3 miles took me 45 minutes and I was walking quick on the mostly flat pavements. You really must walk fast!!
