Right I have caught up, nothing really to add at the moment.
I am going to go and buy some, desperately needed, shoes, will have a look in next I think:)
My brother sent the two older boys up a gift card each for toys-r-us so I am going to get them the swing set...and if you buy it then you can buy the slide half price:D although they are 'probably' getting a bit big for the slide, it will be great for Kai...
Mel xUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
Sami - its usually just after the first feed of the day - but today she was a bit later. The first thing I know about it is the big trump that comes with it.
The rest of the days poos are similar bright yellow and wet - but a small enough quantity to stay in the nappy.:beer:0 -
They continue doing yellow ones, but as they get bigger they tend to be less explosive... Also, if you're really lucky... They can go a few days between poos too! Once you start weaning them the consistency changes...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

How many poo's are babies suppose to do each day?? Ethan is 13 weeks old (today - so we sang happy 13th week Birthday before OH went to work) and he only does 1 a day.0 -
I used to hate the 'explosive' poos! lol. There were many occasions when i had to change all of his clothes because some had leaked down the leg or up the back.
It takes me ages to change Elliot's nappy now, he keeps rolling over, wriggling etc and is laughing his head off at me....thinks it's funny to wait untill the nappy is off then shake his bits around! when he rolls over, i tap his bum!!
I've been trying to get a photo of his tooth, but it's not an easy task!

Hello chatterboxes!! I thought I was going to be alright keeping up in here but it has just taken me ages to catch up lol!
Back from my 6w postnatal check...and I am off to the emergency gynae clinic tomorrow afternoon for a scan and whatever other examinations they deem fit....at least MIL is pleased that she gets to sit with Benjamin again tomorrow
The swab they took 3w ago showed I had thrush but nobody bothered to contact me...so have canisten to treat that.
I opted for the mini-pill despite 'the government recommending the injection or the coil' so I have been given sezette (?)
Benjamin is very tired and clingy today...probably because we took him to the quiz night at MIL's social club last nightHe was well-behaved though...but he didn't get to bed til midnight (bad mother!!)
Weezl - Benjamin is currently sleeping for 4 or 4 1/2 hours at night...I think that is good for a 6w breastfed baby. Are you breast or formula feeding (sorry I prob know that already).
Feelie - good on you for having the good sense to let your mum help out...most of us struggle to admit that we need help.
Mel - ((HUGS)) hope you are okay.
Maz - congrats!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

She usually has her one big one - the rest could be best described as wet farts or skid marks!
( I must remember to tell her, when she's 18, about how i was discussing her poos with total strangers - :rotfl:):beer:0 -

Ha Ha - I do it all the time - I went to a new playgroup last Friday and there must be about 7/8 people there who I've never met before that now know the exact colour and time of Ethan's bowel movements0 -
congrats Maz!!!
Feelie, i cant believe that you have had your app cancelled and that noone has been out to see you. You are asking for help and they should be there to give you it, luckily you are sensible enough to ask for help and not hiding pretending everything is ok! In my area we have a mother and baby unit which is very good for people with mental health problems, my OH cousin was admitted last year when she had her baby and they were fantastic. she is doind amazingly well now and is enjoying being a mummy. I hope you can talk to someone soon and take care xxxx
thats the same car we have sami what a pain it is to put together lol!
3onitsway, erin is exactly the same the loudest fart you have ever heard and then explodes, however she doesnt go everyday more like every 3 days?
well my hall has first coat of paint on it, my room is half clean with bedding in machine and the man came out to measure for the loft insulation, he asked when the house was built and we didnt know lol think it must be between 17-1800?? so i am slummy mummy in old painting clothes and the trousers are maternity lol! i have the same tummy issues at the mo, looking into starting a diet asap! What's for you won't go past you0 -
Congrats Maz
Sami - I'm so jealous of your lovely neat bump! I had polyhydramniois with Charlotte which is way too much amniotic fluid and she was a big baby anyway, and I looked more like I was carrying a hippo
While I was out working this morning I was looking for a showerproof coat for Charlotte, and ended up buying a couple of summer dresses and cropped trouser and sun top sets (so cute and I can't resist). She's just come back and I was showing her what I'd bought and she was so excited. She was holding the things against her and prancing around then she was up in our bedroom admiring herself in the big mirror. Proper little girl she is
Here I go again on my own....0
