welcome AM, yep i was the same, and the thread moves so fast its impossible to keep up with a newborn, at least with this one on a busy day you can catch up in a few minutes!

i walk around naked at night and sometimes in the day, i've been known to stroll around looking for clothes in the washing machine etc naked, but only when OH is out, now i resemble a wobbly lump with red crayon marks all over me i dont do nakedness in full view any more!!

    Congrats Nad!xx

My LO was very grumpy a few weeks ago due to teething. J's other half recommended an amber teething necklace. I didn't like the idea of putting it around the the neck so someone suggested buting it around the ankle. Well, last week I bought one and so far so good....I'm going to try him without one day this week to make sure its not a coincidence. I'll keep you posted...

Hope everyone's having a good weekend xx

I'm loving all our nudist admissions :p
I only walk around nude upstairs usually just from bathroom to bedroom I still do it now even though I resemble a snake after a very big feed with my bump!
I occasionally nip downstairs to get a bra or nicks off the maiden but never the front room because we live next to a train station/pub/doctors there is always someone walking past that would get an eye full of boob
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

I used to walk around in the nude, but I don't now as if the boys catch me, James giggles hysterically and Josh shouts "wayhey Mam's got her boobs out" :o

Charlotte comes in when I'm getting dressed and reminds me of the names of all my body parts and clothes :D
Here I go again on my own....

I used to walk around nude more (only really upstairs as we live on a main road!) but don't now that I have a 14 year old son as I presume he would be mortified! DD still regularly wanders in while I'm in the bath though and Tom goes more or less everywhere I do! Wandering round nude doesn't phase OH in the slightest though, he does it all of the time - can you get done for indecent exposure if you're in yur own home?

I once mentioned this at school when DD was about 4 and a colleague was mortified that we would let our children see us nude - I almost expected a visit from the child protection services the way she went on. Then, (and I think I've mentioned this before) DD commented on the anatomically correct baby in the role play area and informed my colleague (the same one) that her Daddy's "tail" (as it often gets called where we live) must hang off the end of the bed when he sleeps! (It doesn't!!!)

Hmm...did I just share too much?

I would never walk around naked, I hate my body! I even wear a dressing gown to go from the bedroom to the shower and it is next door, and that's when there is no-one even in the house.......

I'm not particularly fond of my body... But I do go from bedroom to bathroom naked... Have been known to sit around in the lounge semi naked if my trousers are uncomfortable or if I'm too hot... And if anyone looks in and cops an eyeful then it's their own bad luck!

Aimee likes to wander in when I'm getting dressed so it's usually to a chorus of 'I can see your boobies' and 'I can see your bum bum' which is always a joy...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • Thanks for all the plane/holiday tips. I have taken note! We have just booked Alicante in June and my mission this week is to get two decent baby passport photos...an impossibility, I'm sure!

I will walk from the bathroom to the bedroom naked after a shower but thats definately as far as it goes! I'm not that impressed with my bod so no need to show it off (and DH would think his luck was in lol).

DH and I went out for a meal on Friday night for the first time since Jamie was born. We had a wonderful time and its definately going to become a regular occurance! Both children were fast asleep the whole time but apparently the dog missed us lots!

    xx
  • Glad you enjoyed your meal SB - you must think I am terrible only waiting 5 1/2 weeks before I made my escape for the evening LOL.

I used to be naked as much as possible but since having Benjamin it has probably been less than 2 hours in total - only the time I have spent in the bath or shower!

Sorry if this is TMI but I am still bleeding...got my 6 week check tomorrow so will talk to the doctor but it is really starting to play on my mind. I keep thinking that they are going to send me to hospital...which I know is irrational but just typing it has me crying.

I have been really tearful for the last 4 or 5 days - think I am getting a bit run down because I think I have a coldsore coming too. I feel like we are both doing well and that we are settling down but then the tears take over...I have just had them streaming down my face watching sister act :o
