100 Day Challenge

hi may i joint too? i will pledge not to buy any haircare, skincare or cosmetics until christmas! (to be honest, i could probably last for the next 200 days without buying any of those, but that would just be too hard.)

I've just given up chocolate this week. Every time I bought a nice bar of chocolate to 'last me the week' it lasted me a day!

it may not be 100 days left, but i will TRY not to buy lunches from the crappie staff canteen as they are awful and really exspensive.... (3.50 for gruel style cooking) yucky!!!!

(and i will try the chocolate thing but i have no will power....)

Not sure name of magazine, the one with 'Snip and Save'vouchers inside can work out free if you take vouchers to somewhere like Asda where they'll give money-off if they stock the items.

Joining in a few days late, so it takes me to boxing day I think. I'm not going to buy coffee, this includes coffee for the house. This does seem to be my biggest and most selfish consumable item that I buy.

Hi can I join please. I have tonnes of makeup & cosmetics in boxes and must stop buying! The only thing I will need is Shampoo and Conditioner.

I love this thread and the fact that lots of people are joining in. Its day 4 for me now of not buying clothes or magazines and I haven't succombed so far I am determined to stick to this as I have lots of lovely clothes that I am currently too chubby to get into so I am hoping this will act as inspiration to finally shift some weight too.

OMG have just seen this thread and worked out that until Xmas I will spend 60 quid on magazines and papers that I can read online anyway. So am definitely giving them up! Good luck everyone!

Did anyone else see that the Body Shop has just brought out a new range of mineral make-up? It looks really nice............but I must not give in. I already have the mineral foundation from l'Oreal anyway so I really don't need another one.

Don't be like me!! I have 6 different tubes of foundation :o Not one of them has made me look dewy, youthful and or luminous :rotfl::rotfl:
