100 Day Challenge

Hi all, back from my jollys.
We'll the healthy drinks aren't going so well (sat here with a beer!:rolleyes:) I drank copious amounts of tea at Blackpool, and although I've not had tons when I got back, still drinking it.
Going to try and just have the two cups of tea a day, one when I wake up, and one with my break at work.

I'm back after 4 long days at work. I was too wrecked to come on here after busy shifts. We're 1/4 of the way there now:beer: Everyone is doing so well. I still haven't bought anything I'm not allowed to:j I have used up a cleanser and will have one more use out of a shower gel. It still feels great to be using stuff up and having empty bottles to show for it:D

Well done dfw844 for resisting the Clinique offer. Thise offers are particularly hard to resist and I have tonnes of sample sizes from Clinique, Estee Lauder, Lancome and No7 to prove it:rotfl:

Joining late but I'm going to stop buying chocolate and cosmetics until 23rd December. Hopefully that will save us a few bob!

Kids are gonna hate me, but their teeth will be better for it I guess

Had to do a double take as I thought I might actually have written that! I am such a sucker for Bonus Time etc.....it's ridiculous! In my defence I can confirm that the little items you won't use well very well on eBay. I usuallytake my pick of them then sell the rest on in one or two bundles to recoup some of my initial outlay.

I am so impressed with how well everyone's doing. I'd like to join if I may. For me it's cosmetics and toiletries as well. I know I will need to buy shampoo for OH and hair dye for me between and Xmas but that should be all. I have enough shower gel, body lotion, body butter, exfoliator, cleanser etc to last me until Xmas 09 let alone 11 weeks!!!!

Will let you know how I do. I have been very good in the last two weeks actually so long may it continue.

I know, and when you actually start using up all the sample sizes they last quite a while, don't they? I'm working my way through a load at the moment. I think I talked myself out of it by remembering how many unused (or worse, used once) lipsticks I've had with free offers over the years. And horrendous bright blue eyeshadows!

Not had the best day today. To cheer me up, OH bought me 2 mags :T he used his money and I didn't ask him to - so I'm presuming I haven't cheated!

Everyone's doing great! Didn't realise we were 1/4 of the way through. Maybe we should do another challenge after this one. I went through my bathroom cupboard yesterday and realised I still have enough stuff for a 200-day challenge, never mind 100! Have run out of posh concealer ad blusher but don't appear to have frightened any small children yet , so can wait till after Xmas to buy it I think.

I've just started a new blusher and do not like it nearly as much as my old one. Normally i would have rushed out to replace it, but with this challenge in mind I am sticking with it. Maybe I will experiment applying it with different brushes.....

Another well behaved day for me. I'm surprised I have managed this far as normally I would have given up by now. It's amazing what can be achieved when I put my mind to it. Just wish I had realised that sooner:rotfl:

haven't actually been shopping in the real world, temptation is too much.

well I have been to the pet shop and the post office. but they don't sell beauty products.

I am using old face cream as body lotion. which is actually pretty good.
