Poorandindenial Congrats on the job! That's great news, well done.
Buffy you're doing well!
You know how people who have given up chocolate think they have replaced it with crisps instead? Well I have given up toilteries, and definitely have some 'replacement' issues going on - yesterday I spend £15.45 on hair accesories! What's going on??
I did need ONE nice clip as I have a do tomorrow night. I bought 5. Don't worry though, I am going to take 3 back (it was the evil 3 for 2 at Boots and I got sucked in, but when I got home I decided I was only doing it to buy -something- and I don't really need them). So they are still pristine in the packaging and I will return them at the weekend. The other 2 I'll keep - one is for the party and the other is just really nice
Hope everyone's doing OK. It's amazing how guilty I felt afterwards, and I hadn't even really broken the challenge, so thanks Magni, this is doing me the world of good!Debt at highest Nov '06 £17,822.98

Well ended up drinking two glasses of orange juice and a coffee at the meal! The orange juice isn't bad, but I don't even like coffee!!
Couldn't sleep last night until about 4am! Think it's cos my body is being messed around by the caffeine intake
No cuppas as yet today, been too busy to think about it, starting to crave one now

magni, I'm doing 'fine'......kinda craving crisps and a fresh cream cake; and becuase I live on a High Street, the temptation is huge!
We have....a Greggs, Firkins, co-op, cost-cutter, tesco, newsagents and that's just the start! If I go to Brum tomorrow, there is Krispy Kreme to contend with ...0 -
Not surprising, given the amount of toiletries I have accumulated, I am still going through the pots and potions:o I may have to buy conditioner in a couple of weeks. I'm not sure why but I don't seem to buy every version of conditioner available in Boots and then only use it twice...:o:oTotal debt at October 2008: £67,213.30
Total debt today: £0 - debt and mortgage free 29th November 2013 :T

You must have really strong will power to resist all the temptations beside you. I don't think I could be as strong. My challenge has been relatively easy as I can stay away from Boots;) Must be a nightmare for you. Good luck:D100 Day Pot £13

Hi all
I have still been strong although yesterday i stood in front of the cheese section in M&S (on the way home) and composed 'forgive me magni for i have sinned.....' posts (no really, I actually did this - I must have been there for bloody ages too) and then I put it all back and I have stayed on the straight and narrow. Thank god the person next to me at work is a chocolate fiend£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

Well done poorandindenial for resisting:j Did you feel better for not giving in? I have found myself in Boots looking at all the lovely things I could have on 3 for 2:eek: but so far managed to resist. I just don't need anything atm. Giving up food must be extra hard though. Well done to everyone who has given up food or drink:beer:100 Day Pot £13

Cjeers Magni, hard to say if I felt beter or not, I was having chilli for dinner and started to obsess about having some cheese grated on top, but after I had left the shop I was fine and didn't miss it at all when I was eating the chilli  - note to self, don't go into shops.
Ahem, I also managed to use up my final lunch out betwen now and xmas yesterday - it was celebrating my new job with my OH but even so, I think I will have to be a bit more realistic about my ability not to eat out for lunch. I am pretty good on the whole but every so often weeks like this one come up and I am out with friends three times.
EDIT: Well done for resisting Boots too, that is no mean feat and will get harder as they gear up to Christmas and start putting out all those sparkly packets and party make-up to lure us all in£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)
