It's interesting that you don't even take the trouble to spell the word "disabled" correctly considering you have such a passion about disability and despite the mulititude of examples in the responses you've had so far. Wrong..........it isn't discriminating at all. It's just like you can't discriminate on age, but you will only get a free bus ride if you have your bus pass.

As I said I do not personally know anyone who is able bodied and uses disabled spaces without a need to. If you have read this, and other threads, you will know that you do not need a blue badge to park in one of the spaces of course.

I have been to the CAB who helped me apply for DLA and they were the ones who suggested I could get a car based on my social anxiety type2 disorder.

your wife would just need an assessment.

It's simple. If you have a disability that means you need to use disabled parking spaces, then get a blue badge. If you don't then don't use the spaces provided for blue badge holders.
