There are different levels of dissabilty, so it isn't discriminating against anyone.
See my post 991 re discrimination, you need to start reading and thinking for yourself instead of relying on me to do it for you if you expect me to respond to you further.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
Wrong again. It is illegal to discriminate between disabled persons, by treating a blue badge holder differently to a disabled person without one and in a preferential manner to the detriment of the non holder you breach the act.
It's interesting that you don't even take the trouble to spell the word "disabled" correctly considering you have such a passion about disability and despite the mulititude of examples in the responses you've had so far. Incidentally you are the only one doing so, this is not the only thing you are isolated in though and the least of your worries I would think.
Wrong..........it isn't discriminating at all. It's just like you can't discriminate on age, but you will only get a free bus ride if you have your bus pass.0 -

We come across many without a badge who think they can 'just park up' and take the spaces from someone who needs them.
As I said I do not personally know anyone who is able bodied and uses disabled spaces without a need to. If you have read this, and other threads, you will know that you do not need a blue badge to park in one of the spaces of course. We all evolve - get on with it0 -

And so could any landowner invoicing me for not displaying a blue badge, start reading stop being bone idle and expecting everyone else to point out your inconcistencies and correct and modify your responses instead.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -

I am not the one making things up and telling people things that are simply not true.
But keep digging if you wish.We all evolve - get on with it0 -
there is stigma against people with disabilities I can get by but I have the right to claim everything im entitled to whether I use it or not. For example my DLA motability grant for a car - YES i could probably use public transport but my illness means I cant stand being to close to people - under your flawed logic I should give my car up.
My wife gets claustrophobic, but that doesn't give her the right to a car. So if that is the only reason you have one then yes give it up.0 -

It does give her the right!. shows how ignorant you are of the benefits system. :rotfl:
I have been to the CAB who helped me apply for DLA and they were the ones who suggested I could get a car based on my social anxiety type2 disorder.
your wife would just need an assessment.0 -

Will all you trolls just get a life and stop twisting things around.
It's simple. If you have a disability that means you need to use disabled parking spaces, then get a blue badge. If you don't then don't use the spaces provided for blue badge holders.0 -
