Not going to say " i told you so":D but we did have a poster on here a while back who used to rent out properties and he said he respected people telling him the truth. So well done and good luck with the rest of the bc ride:beer: here's to a safe journey.Dx

Hi Rylynn - how are you?

sorry to give a bit of grief! Its just I had my CCCS pack today which states best course of action is BR, but I can't get my head around the house 'thing'! I know it could be some months before actual repossession, but by then I will be BR (presumably). ANd by then I will have also saved some money from not paying the mortgage and CC DDs, so how will the OR view that, especially if I do get into HA and the rent is cheaper? HOw does the house get wrapped up in BR? (sorry if there's been delay, I've typed twice and computer/network crash, so somewhere there could be 3 versions of this message:) )

I was wondering the same thing Rubie... Did you find out at all? ...and congrats on the house, how awesome! :)
  • Hi everyone - thank you for your happy replies....... Has the forum been down for a couple of days - I didn't try last night but Wed/thurs I couldn't 'get in'.......

Well, its all systems go now by look of it.... Agent wants me to move in on 31st October, but I'm trying to delay it a bit so I can get 2 pay days in as at moment have got £3.60 in my purse and no access to cash as all credit cards cut up :) It is strange going around the supermarket, getting the check out and saying to the cashier "can you keep a running total" and then having to put things back!!! Still, I don't mind that, its not as embarrassing as when your card doesn't go through!!! Anyway, I had trouble finding which court I need to use, as theres a Magistrate, Crown and a County Court, so I phoned CCCS and they really are soooo nice they gave me the address and tel no. Rang them and asked what the time scale is once I make an appointment and they said its a matter of days!!!! I thought I wouldn't be 'doing it' until after christmas! So I am about to do the on-line forms now. I hope you are all well and enjoying a sunny Saturday morning (its Sunny by me :) )
  • Mrs O, did you mean if I found out how Rylynn is? Or what happens when OR knows I'm in rented and my expenses are all different?

I haven't seen Rylynn on here for a while, so I don't know how she is - but I hope all is ok..... if anyone knows, perhaps they could just let us know if that's ok? With regard to OR, when I phoned CCCS they told me to go BR from my current address, so I better get a move on!!!!
  • lol! Sorry I was a tad vague! :) I was wondering about this:
