I have been following this thread from early on I was thinking about buying from this Discount buggies and it saved me from buying a buggy from this disgusting conman!

I am SOOOOOO pleased that you have finally been refunded.
But throughout this I am a little bit disgraced by paypals actions - they seem to be trying it on wherever possible in order not to refund!!

But if you stick at it it seems there is hope x:T

Not the sort of seller I would buy from but no actual evidence of a scam. I cant find his business info and is 40 years of trading in the furniture industry sounds a bit suss.
My guess is its a drop shipper trying to sound like a large company, Ebay is full of them. I like the phone number in large font on all listings and the mention of taking card details over the phone (mmm might try that one!). There is mention of a warehouse in Bournemouth but this is probably his garage.

Everyone has different ideas about a good seller. To me 79 negs out of 6000 is very poor. I have zero negs out of 3000 and they are all for sales. I have my business address prominently displayed as you are supposed to.
