Hi all, just to let you know ive received £150 back from Pay pal, although ive paid out £325!!!! Not really sure how to claim, if anyone has any info on how to claim the rest or if im entitled to the remaining £175 could you please let me know.
When did you file your paypal dispute, before the recent change in policy?
If you did Its still worth a call to paypal and if after, another buyer here was promised a full refund and has now hopefully got their money in their account
If you are unable to recover the rest of the money from paypal and you paid by Credit or Visa Debit card contact
your issuer and ask them if they can help
Good Luck with the forthcoming event:jDoes it take a few days for the money to show on your account then once it's been found in your favour through Paypal. I'm just a little worried as it says " The SELLER has issued a refund"!!!!!
Not 100% certain but believe if you funded your payment with a debit/credit card it will go back to your card and can take up to 30 days. If you funded by another method, the funds will go back to your PayPal account.0 -
I paid part with Paypal funds and part with Visa/Debit card, there is nothing showing yet. Will just have to wait and see, it does say within 7 days it should show but as long as I get it back.0

We didn't have that message. Ours said the claim was found in our favour and there was no money in the account. It might be worth giving Paypal a ring.No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30 -

Rubbish. You need to open an account with the distributor to buy them. Or import them.0 -

kind of an irrelavent post as the s**t has already hit the fan now but what i was meaning is you normaly have to have a highstreet shop retail licence in order to get discounted pushchairs from the distributers
i was merely stating this as they were operating solely and from a home adderss on a housing estate so google maps showed the whole point in me starting the thread is in the title is this too good to be true as we all now know yes it is but people have started to get there money back and hopefuly the police are hot on his heels and he will get what he deserves as hes just a scumbag that preyed on mums and mums to be:mad:0 -
What worries me is that the website is still up and running for this conman!
Have any of you who are in contact with the police mentioned this?
It is concerning that many more mums to be may be unaware that the whole thing is a scam!
I would hate to see yet more people taken advantage of...............0 -

No, you dont 'normaly have to have a highstreet shop' - a quick search of the internet shows that. Distributors will normally sell to anyone who can pay the minimum order value.
And what is a 'retail license'?fishingcinema wrote: »i was merely stating this as they were operating solely and from a home adderss on a housing estate so google maps showed the whole point in me starting the thread is in the title is this too good to be true as we all now know yes it
I sell over £500K a year of goods from a residential address. It doesnt mean anything. In this case it might have been a fraud but small businesses often sell from residential addresses so you cant draw any conclusions from that.0
