At a guess and because of their location I am going to say Southampton Town , not everyone is blessed with following a fantastic team like CHELSEA !!!

wow this thread has lept up in pages!! well like with everyone else i did not get my pushchair either, i escalated a dispute on paypal and was given a date of 19th October but its still saying awaiting response from seller! oh well have to wait another day i suppose. Well done for all of your hard work and investigations, keep up the good work

I was due to hear on the 19th too Claire but didn't, I emailed and it now says Paypal is dealing with it then the message in the above post. I just want the money in my account now especially as my new pushchair arrived today.

I still haven't heard back from the police - anyone still waiting?

If you are still waiting 3 days after paypal's 10 days are up then contact paypal today and ask them for your refund. Don't let them push this too long, if they say 10 days then tell them you expect to have a refund in 10 days, not 13.

my money is now clear in the bank, so can officially sleep easy.
off out to a shop today to buy my buggie, full price with no risks, lol.

spoke to Paypal and they have sorted it out there and then in my favour the transaction is complete just wait for it to show on my credit card, thankfully i have my full money back so nice to know you can be covered when scammed!!

I paid by CC via the website. Just had an email from my CC company to say they have refunded me:j .

Though they will contact me again if it turns out he was genuine :rolleyes:
