I was due to hear on the 19th too Claire but didn't, I emailed and it now says Paypal is dealing with it then the message in the above post. I just want the money in my account now especially as my new pushchair arrived today.
I still haven't heard back from the police - anyone still waiting?
I'm still awaiting a response from the police too. I've offered them copies of emails if they need them!0 -
Does it take a few days for the money to show on your account then once it's been found in your favour through Paypal. I'm just a little worried as it says " The SELLER has issued a refund"!!!!!0

Yes, you should get all your money back - I did! I paid £350 and got all back. Call them back and tell them that you were told that you will get all your money back. At first I was told that I will only get back £150, but when called again and got through to another agent he refunded me the whole amount. All depends who do you speak to - just keep trying...0 -
Btw - the money hit my bank account as well - the first £150 now waiting for the rest...0
