I laughed because I am not bothered and will be getting my money back . Spoke yet again to Paypal today who yet again confirmed that it doesn't matter wether the person has funds or not in their account , I WILL be getting my £100 back .
And also to confirm it doesn't matter when you purchased the prams , you will be covered under the new Paypal rules , yet again double checked in this mornings phone call .

That Goofbay site certainly makes interesting reading! Not had any replies to any of my emails yet, but have PMd Happy-Mummy to give her details of my 'transaction' in case it helps the evidence build up!
  • i was going to email mother and baby magazine and thought they could perhaps post a warning on their website as this fraudster is quoting their magazine awards on the website-would the mag be interested do you think?Im sure they wouldnt want to be associated with this horrible scam!
By the way im the type of person who will help someone no matter how often they make the same mistake....even after all the 'i told you so's' im more interested in catching the man in question because i cant accept an allowance for these scammers eg 'it was the buyers fault for not taking the warning'.NO way! We can unite to stop him..fraud carries a jail sentence!

  • We only have 3 names on my list at the mo,perhaps anyone who hasnt read all the posts might want to add their name-just PM me some details of how you paid, how much you lost and whether you used the actual website or ebay to purchase.
I dont expect to catch everyone but a few is better than nothing....also click my link to the met internet fraud dept, its a simple email of how you were affected and it might just help.

If you are not bothered and you WILL be getting your money back, why waste your time on here and emailing the police, contacting MPs, suing ebay and contacting interpol and watchdog?? You haven't listening to the good advice of Rainman and soolin, but then if your refund is a click away - why would you?
  • For the benefit of other people.simple.
Rainman and soolin gave good advice, and will continue to do so,i have no doubt, some people will continue to try and help others even when it is not asked for...thats why this site is so good, strangers comming together to help others.

And before you start shouting the odds off , get your facts straight . I haven't emailed anyone and don't intend to , go back through the posts and I think you will see it was someone else who has been emailing everyone , not me . I haven't had any direct advice from Rainman or Soolin , I opened my Paypal dispute off my own back .

    Hi Lucy (HappyMummy24-7)

I emailed you and hope you got it - I am new to this site....
I have contacted a friend of mine who works in the online business and he told me that we won't be able to close this guy's website or post any info on it. Shame!

I am going to email trading guys tomorrow as I am away for the weekend. Also have just checked this scammer website and it is still live.
